George Balabushka, the legendary Russian-born pool cue maker, arguably the most prominent member of that profession, is sometimes referred to as "the Stradivarius of cuemakers". Introduced in the 1980's and licensed by his family, these Balabushka replicas have been in demand by players and collectors alike. These pool cues have maple forearms and rosewood or ebony points with four veneers. The wraps are irish linen and the joints are 5/16 x 14 stainless steel. The shafts are 13 mm pro-tapered with professional leather tips.
